At Prince St. Cafe Bakery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help and make things right.
Our Return Policy

• In-Store Purchases: If you are unsatisfied with a product, please return it within 24 hours for a full refund or exchange.
• Online Orders: If you received the wrong product or damaged goods, please contact us within 48 hours for assistance.

Refunds

Certain items, such as custom cakes or products with a short shelf life, are non-returnable.
